The basic eligibility required to register for the exam is to be a 12th passout. Other than that people can complete their graduation and then also apply for the entrance exam. - Salary- The most important aspect of so much mehnat is ‘salary kitna milega’. Well, ab Railways ka job hain toh kuch badhiya hona chahiye. The range of the salary is within 19,900 to 35,400.

are all within the age limit of 18-30.
- Graduate Posts
The RRB NTPC Recruitment 2020-Age Limit for Graduate posts like-
- Traffic Assistant
- Goods Guard
- Senior Commercial cum Ticket Clerk
- Senior Clerk cum Typist
- Junior Account Assistant cum Typist
- Senior Time Keeper
- Commercial Apprentice
- Station Master,
are all within the age limit of 18-33.
- Age Relaxation
The upper age limit relaxation for the Undergraduate posts are as follows-
- OBC-Non Creamy Layer- 3 years
- SC/ST- 5 years
- Ex-Servicemen-
- For Unreserved- candidates must have 30 years along with the number of years of service in Defence plus 3 years.
- For OBC-NCL- candidates must have 33 years along with the number of years of service in Defence plus 3 years.
- For SC/ST- candidates must have 35 years along with the number of years of service in Defence plus 3 years.
- Person With Disability-
- For Unreserved- 10 years
- For OBC-NCL- 13 years
- For SC/ST- 15 years
- Candidates with domicile of Jammu and Kashmir during the time period of 01-01-1980 to 31-12-1989 –
- For Unreserved- 35 years
- For OBC-NCL- 38 years
- For SC/ST- 40 years
- Candidates serving the Railways as Railway Staff, Casual Labour, Group C, and Group D with a 3 years of service experience-
- For Unreserved- 40 years
- For OBC-NCL- either 33 years of length of service, or 5 years, whichever is lower.
- For SC/ST- either 35 years of length of service, or 5 years, whichever is lower.
- Widows, Divorced Women, Women who did not remarry but are judicially separated-
- For Unreserved- 35 years

- For SC/ST- 40 years

As of now, the RRB NTPC CBT 1 7th Phase of the exams took place from 23rd July 2021 to 31st July 2021.
The RRB NTPC CBT II exams are scheduled to begin from 14th February 2022 till 18th February 2022.
