Exam Syllabus
We know about the exam sections in general, and we must also know the syllabus breakdown in order to do well. Today we will be dealing with the CBT round 1 syllabus as it is common for all candidates and also the first big hurdle to cross.
1. Mathematics
A lot of chapters are a routinely part of the math paper and they are also almost equal in weightage.
2. General Intelligence and Reasoning
Be sure to practice analogies, syllogisms, coding-decoding and also odd one out type questions.
3. Current Affairs and General Awareness
It is tough to provide a more in-depth breakdown as any topics can be asked within each subject and that is also too vast for the scope of one article. Do give more importance to current affairs by going through articles online about recent events. Also be sure to brush up on history and science. Definitely read the papers and also follow news channels!
Preparing for CBT round 1
In order to ace this , one needs to be proficient in a lot of fields. Your general awareness must be good, and so should your quantitative ability. Even your English and reasoning aptitude come into play. It is very difficult for an individual to study all of these subjects and also master them by yourself.
